Using Jiangxin
By creating an account you agree to these terms. Jiangxin is run by ROBOTS HAND LTD (RC 8631301), a company registered in Nigeria and is a calculation aid for fabricators. Results are produced from the measurements and settings you enter.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to create an account. By creating one you confirm that you are. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18 we may close it.
Check before you cut
Always check measurements, cutting lists and layouts yourself before cutting material or placing an order. Scanned and AI-read measurements are suggestions: you must review every size before it is used. We are not responsible for material, time or money lost through wrong measurements, mistakes in entered data, or misreading of a photo. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profit.
Your account
Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the app or try to break or overload it.
Credits, payments and refunds
Some results use credits. The cost is always shown before you confirm a charge. Credits have no cash value outside the app and cannot be exchanged for money. You can buy credits online; payments are processed by Paystack and credits are added to your account once the payment is confirmed. There is no subscription: you only pay when you choose to buy credits, and nothing renews automatically.
Refunds: credits you have bought and that were added to your account are not refundable, except where the law requires. If a payment is taken but the credits do not appear, or you are charged twice, contact us through Menu → Help & Support with your payment receipt and we will add the credits or refund the payment. If an AI photo reading finds no sizes, the credits for it are returned automatically. If a result fails, or is wrong, because of a fault in the app, the credits used for it will be returned or refunded once you tell us through Menu → Help & Support. This does not cover measurements or settings you entered wrongly.
Test mode
While the app shows TEST MODE, credits are free test credits with no value, no real payments are taken, and test credits may be changed or removed when the app goes live. Real money is only ever taken when the app clearly says payments are live.
Your content
Your projects and measurements belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the app for you. You must not upload anything to the app (such as a profile photo) that you do not have the right to use.
Availability
We work to keep Jiangxin available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update or change features.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time in Menu → Settings → Security → Delete Account. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. For questions or complaints, use Menu → Help & Support or write to info@robotshandltd.com.
